* Job Description:

****** Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
***** Provide direct support and care to students.
* Responsible for intervening with students’ behavioral and emotional concerns.
* Support the students using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
* Support students in improving their communication skills, social skills, school readiness and self-management skills.
* Learn specialized behavior techniques and implement behavioral strategies under the guidance of the supervisor.
* Work collaboratively with the students’ families, teachers, and other professionals.
* Maintain records and documentation of student progress and adhere to prescribed behavioral plans.
* Attend required training and staff meetings.

* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

***** Ability to connect with students.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Working knowledge of office equipment, technology, and softwares such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
* Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
* Ability to exercise reasonable judgment and maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to travel to various locations.

* Education and Experience:

***** High School Diploma or GED required.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, General Education or a related field is preferred.
* At least 1 year of experience working with students is preferred.
