Evergreen Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant with a strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurology, and post-rehabilitation wellness/fitness.

In addition to traditional physical therapy, we offer integrated strength and wellness programs, allowing patients to continue progressing well beyond their rehabilitation phase. This role is ideal for a PTA who enjoys treating a variety of adult orthopedic and neurological conditions while also supporting patients in their transition to long‑term fitness and active living.

• Treat adult patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, 1:1 sessions.
• Support post‑PT strength training and wellness programs.
• Opportunity to work with patients transitioning into personal training or small group fitness up to class sizes of 10.
• Collaborate with a team of 14 PTs and PTAs in a supportive environment, including NCS, OCS, CSCS, DNS ET.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current California PTA license in good standing.
• Outpatient orthopedic or neurological experience preferred.
• Interest in wellness, strength training, or post‑rehabilitation fitness is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, positive, and team‑oriented.
