Evergreen Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant with a strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurology, and post-rehabilitation wellness/fitness.
In addition to traditional physical therapy, we offer integrated strength and wellness programs, allowing patients to continue progressing well beyond their rehabilitation phase. This role is ideal for a PTA who enjoys treating a variety of adult orthopedic and neurological conditions while also supporting patients in their transition to long‑term fitness and active living.
About the Role- Treat adult patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, 1:1 sessions.
- Support post‑PT strength training and wellness programs.

- Collaborate with a team of 14 PTs and PTAs in a supportive environment, including NCS, OCS, CSCS, DNS ET.

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current California PTA license in good standing.
- Outpatient orthopedic or neurological experience preferred.
- Interest in wellness, strength training, or post‑rehabilitation fitness is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
