Requirements and

Preferred Experience:

Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
Experience working with K-12 populations in educational settings preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of psychological evaluations, IEP development, and special education compliance
Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
Ability to deliver counseling, intervention, and crisis management
Familiarity with diverse learning styles and support strategies

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students in need of support or special education services
Interpret testing results and provide recommendations to school teams and families
Identify and address behavioral, learning, and emotional issues affecting student performance
Attend and meaningfully contribute to IEP, eligibility, and intervention meetings
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student plans and interventions
Provide direct and group counseling to students as appropriate
Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to foster positive educational environments
Maintain detailed, accurate records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
