Execute quarterly goals aligning with the Restaurant’s Vision, Core Values, and Business Plan as assigned by the Operation Director’s Core Expectations;
Maintain and leverage positive relationships with all Restaurant leaders to achieve results;
Meet weekly or bi-weekly with supervisor:
Operation Director (Ops Director);
Oversee the effective execution of operations, including but not limited to the issuing and monitoring of required breaks, assigning of personnel in positions, and service to guests;
Complete catering orders by the designated time as assigned by the catering manager
