• Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and compliance with company policies.
• Manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling necessary paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Act as a point of contact for HR‑related inquiries from employees, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Coordinate with external Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and agencies to facilitate HR‑related activities.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR‑related communications and documents.
• Participate in HR projects, such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in HR support or related administrative roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
