Recruiter, Insight Global – Pasadena, CA. A client in the engineering consulting industry is seeking a recruiter to join their HR team. In this role you will lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions, including advertising open roles, active candidate sourcing, initial candidate assessments, offer negotiation, and more.

• Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions.
• Advertise open positions and actively source candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and assist in offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers and key leaders.
• Act as a consultant to managers to proactively identify hiring needs and provide recruiting solutions.
• Establish and maintain proactive candidate pipeline generation efforts, creating strategic candidate pools to meet long‑term hiring needs.
• Interpret job requirements and technical hiring needs to create compelling job advertisements, ensuring consistency in branding, design, and tone.

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Previous experience in A/E/C recruiting.
• Experience with the full recruiting life cycle.
• Experience with slower‑paced, heavy sourcing.
