SUMMARYThe HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the HR Manager by leading recruitment activities, coordinating performance management processes, and managing employee training and development programs. This role partners with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain high‑performing talent while ensuring HR practices align with company policies and business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Training & Development (30%)
- Coordinate the company’s annual training plan based on organizational and departmental needs.
- Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Manage internal and external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, and training records.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post‑training evaluations.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and employee training records.
- Support leadership development and employee career development initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition (30%)
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, Linked In, employee referrals, campus recruiting, and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the candidate selection process.
- Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality candidates.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
- Performance Management (30%)
- Coordinate the annual and periodic performance review process.
- Monitor performance appraisal schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management policies and procedures.
- Analyze performance evaluation data and prepare management reports.
- Support the implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs) when required.
- Assist in developing performance management tools, templates, and guidelines.
- Continuously improve the performance management process to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- HR Administration (10%)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Perform other HR‑related duties assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience- 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on recruitment, performance management, and employee training.
- Proven experience designing, coordinating, and delivering corporate training programs.
- Experience facilitating workshops, orientation sessions, or leadership development programs.
- Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills, with confidence in facilitating training sessions, workshops, and company meetings.
- Strong instructional and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and promote active learning.
- Proficient in developing professional training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, SOPs, and instructional guides.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually engaging, well‑structured, and impactful presentations.
