The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is a proactive and relationship-driver with a passion for identifying exceptional talent in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry. • Proactively source and identify top talent through a variety of recruiting channels and networking strategies.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive and active candidates, creating a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage candidates to understand their technical qualifications, career goals, and alignment with Citadel CPM's culture.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop strategic sourcing plans and recruiting initiatives.
• Utilize AI, recruiting technologies, and advanced search techniques to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate quality.
• Professionally represent Citadel CPM throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and trustworthy candidate experience.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry.
• Technically proficient and comfortable leveraging AI and modern recruiting technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a hunter mindset for identifying and engaging top talent.
• Professional, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
• Demonstrated success sourcing specialized candidates and filling difficult-to-recruit positions.
• Strong proficiency with Linked In Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, talent databases, and other modern sourcing tools.
• Experience in marketing employment opportunities and negotiating offers.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
