We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources department and helps ensure efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities- Assist with recruiting and hiring activities.
- Maintain personnel records in compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Compile reports from personnel databases and HR systems.
- Review, update, and maintain employee information in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Support the enforcement of company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Communicate relevant information to employees and job applicants.
- Perform general administrative duties to support HR functions.
- Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- General knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems is preferred.
