HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support a broad range of HR functions with a strong emphasis on employee relations, workplace investigations, and compliance
. The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional who can effectively manage sensitive employee matters, maintain confidentiality, and partner with leadership to promote a positive and compliant work environment.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations concerns and workplace issues.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in resolving employee conflicts, complaints, and workplace concerns in a fair and consistent manner.
• Support performance management processes, corrective actions, and documentation.

• Conduct or assist with workplace investigations involving employee complaints, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and other employment-related matters.
• Gather, document, and analyze evidence, including witness interviews and relevant records.
• Prepare investigation summaries, findings, and recommendations while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Partner with management and legal counsel, as needed, on investigation-related matters.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support HR compliance initiatives and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and assist with audits.
• Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters and workplace investigations

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

• PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification.
• Experience in California employment law and investigations.
• Experience supporting multi-site or diverse work forces.
