HR Business Partner
Seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support employee and labor relations, organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, onboarding, accommodations, and leadership coaching. This role partners with leaders to resolve complex employee matters, strengthen workforce effectiveness, ensure compliance, and drive people-focused initiatives that support organizational goals.
Qualifications- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leadership coaching
- Knowledge of workforce planning, employee engagement, onboarding, and organizational development
- Experience managing accommodations and employment law compliance
- Union/labor relations experience preferred
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred
A collaborative HR professional who can effectively balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day employee support while building strong partnerships with leaders and employees.
