Lead Infrastructure Engineer; MSP

This role is for the senior engineer who wants more than just solving problems. You will operate as a technical right hand to leadership. Still hands on. Still deep in Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and infrastructure. But with real influence over architecture decisions, standards, and how we grow.

If you’ve been the strongest engineer in the room but haven’t had real ownership yet, this is your opportunity.

• Serve as the senior technical authority across client environments
• Lead cloud and infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Turn recurring technical issues into permanent fixes
• Help refine standards and mentor engineers as we scale

• Strong MSP background at a senior level
• Confidence across networking, virtualization, and security
• Leadership instincts and desire to grow with a scaling company

Typically $110K to $125K+ depending on experience and impact.
