Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong project delivery experience to lead enterprise system initiatives across CRM, ERP, and operational platforms. This role bridges business and technical teams and has hands-on experience driving system implementations from design to go-live. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to deliver scalable system solutions that improve business efficiency.

• Project & Delivery Ownership:
  Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication; drive cross-functional alignment across business teams, IT, and external vendors; proactively identify blockers and drive resolution.

  Partner with engineering and data teams on system integrations and data flows; support platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP ERP, and other enterprise and operational systems; understand system architecture at a conceptual level (APIs, integrations, data models).
• Implementation & Adoption:
  Support system testing (UAT), training, and go-live readiness; drive user adoption and change management; monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, IT Business Analysis, or Systems Implementation
• Proven experience leading enterprise system implementation projects end-to-end
• Experience working across multiple business functions (Sales, Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Strong ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

• Solid understanding of system integrations

• Experience working with technical teams on system enhancements and integrations

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SAP ERP
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain-driven environments
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery models
• Experience working with external vendors or system integrators
• Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting, or BI tools
• PMP / Scrum certification is a plus
