Senior Business Warehouse Developer – Pasadena, CA

ADP is hiring an experienced Senior Business Warehouse Developer with demonstrated experience in reporting, data mapping/modeling and script logic.

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:

• You’ll have strong experience on the BW Development Lifecycle: Perform code review, prepare documentation for design, unit test, and other required documentation in support of project life cycle methodology.
• Experience in developing BI solutions using BW/4
  
  HANA with LSA++ architecture, including both persistence layer (Data Services, Info Objects, Advanced DSOs) and the virtual layer (Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, External HANA views).
• Proficient in SAP HANA data modeling using CDS Views, Table Functions, HANA Calculation View.
• Experience in BPC Embedded/BW IP.
• Develop Business Objects reports using tools such as Webi, Analysis for Office.
• Modify and create BW queries, calculated key figures, restricted key figures, virtual characteristics, and jump queries.
• Strong performance tuning experience: Evaluate SAP BW system performance, performance tune extractors, BW queries, and analyze HANA views.
• Experience in creating dashboards using any of the analytics tools like SAP Lumira/Tableau.
• Ability to map Business Requirements to the technical model and BW solutions.

• You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Required experience with:
  • SAP BW/4
    
    HANA or SAP BW 7.5
  • SAP HANA modeling
  • SAP Business Objects tools such as Webi, Analysis for Office
  • SAP ABAP
