We are seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator to support and enhance our marketing technology ecosystem. This role will help administer platforms, improve workflows, and drive innovation through AI‑enabled tools.

Responsibilities
  • Support day‑to‑day administration of marketing technology applications.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and platform documentation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and elevate technical problems as needed.
  • Support research and implementation of new Mar Tech applications and integrations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
  • Assist with automation and workflow improvements across the Mar Tech stack.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align marketing systems with business objectives.
  • Support vendor management and external platform partners.
Strategic Technology Initiatives
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Support testing of new features before deployment.
  • Develop and maintain campaign reporting dashboards and KPI tracking.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline marketing workflows.
  • Evaluate and implement AI‑powered Mar Tech solutions to improve team productivity.
  • Assist in building prompt libraries and internal best practices for AI tool usage across the marketing team.
  • Monitor emerging AI trends relevant to marketing technology and surface relevant opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing experience; professional services experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting, tax, advisory, or other professional services is a plus.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self‑starter attitude; comfortable figuring things out independently and bringing solutions rather than just problems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms, with genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for how AI is reshaping marketing.
  • Experience using AI to support tasks like copywriting, data analysis, campaign optimization, or automation.
  • Basic understanding of prompt engineering or demonstrated interest in developing this skill.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑evolving tech environment where tools and processes change frequently.
  • Strong analytical mindset – ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills a plus.
  • Experience with marketing software and applications (Hub Spot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and/or Power

    BI, , Qualtrics).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS coding is a plus.
