Tranzeal is seeking a Director, Data Management to lead enterprise-wide Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and AI-driven data initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, optimization, and modernization of enterprise Data Warehouse solutions using AWS Redshift.
- Architect and manage ODS, EDW, Data Lakes, Data Marts, and Metadata Repositories.
- Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IDMC and cloud-based data platforms.
- Drive Data Governance, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, and Data Quality initiatives.
- Ensure data security, compliance, performance tuning, scalability, and reliability across data platforms.
- Lead AI-driven data management and governance initiatives while partnering with business, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
- Manage large Data Engineering teams and provide technical leadership across enterprise projects.
Required Skills: AWS Redshift, Informatica IDMC, ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Modeling, SQL Optimization, Python, AWS, Azure, Jenkins, Git Hub, CI/CD, Data Security, Compliance, Enterprise Data Architecture.
Preferred
Skills:
Fin Tech/Financial Services experience, SOC2, PCI DSS, BSA/AML, UDAAP, Azure Certifications.
The national base pay range is $100/Hr.
- $120/Hr. per hour on W2.
