Project Manager​/Data Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Data Consultant / PM-DA Hybrid to bridge the gap between complex business needs and actionable technical solutions.

This role sits right at the intersection of data analytics and project management, leaning heavily toward high-impact data analysis, ad-hoc reporting, and executive storytelling. If you enjoy solving unstructured problems, working across cross-functional teams, and hitting the ground running without needing hand-holding, this role is for you.

Data & Storytelling: Query complex datasets, design intuitive visual dashboards, and present findings clearly to key stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements Translation: Meet with operational teams (Sales, Account Management, Operations) to gather vague business needs and translate them into clear, technical IT specifications.

End-to-End Data Lifecycle: Manage projects across the full data lifecycle-from initial intake and scoping to execution and delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the strategic bridge between technical teams and front-line business groups.

Ad-Hoc Problem Solving: Swiftly tackle high-priority, ad-hoc reporting requests and operational escalations.

Project Management & Lifecycle Ownership:
Proven track record of leading end-to-end data initiatives, managing ad-hoc scope changes, and driving projects to delivery in fast-paced, matrixed environments

SQL Mastery:
Advanced proficiency in writing, optimizing, and executing raw SQL queries independently (no reliance on automated/AI code generators).

Power BI Expertise:
High-level proficiency in building interactive dashboards, data modeling, and data visualization.

Tool Autonomy:
Deep familiarity with industry-standard data analytics suites. You are expected to be an expert user from day one-no training on core tools will be provided.
