Helpdesk Desktop Support Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external resources to resolve user support issues.
• Assist users with Windows 10/11, Office
  365, VOIP, and computer setup and usage.
• Onboard new employees across a variety of platforms.
• Monitor and manage colleague technical issues through the Fresh Service ticket system.
• Monitor and manage IT assets across the enterprise and each asset’s lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize the Cerity Partners technology platform.
• Assist in special projects such as M&A integration, phone system conversion, conference room setup, and more.

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in tier‑1 desktop support.
• Direct, daily interaction with users across a range of technical skill levels.
• Ability to work independently and with a geographically dispersed team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and professional communication.
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new tools and platforms.
• Team player who embraces feedback for improvement.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Comfortable with occasional travel.
