Senior Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst

Seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance Tyler Munis ERP Finance applications.
Extensive experience with Tyler Munis ERP Finance applications, preferably with public sector (city or county) is desirable
. Candidates with strong ERP Finance experience in other enterprise systems will also be considered.

• Finance modules - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budget, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, Cash Receipting, Project, and Grant Accounting.
• Finance business processes, accounting principles, and month-end/year-end processing.
• Requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• System configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation support.
• Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and training documentation.
• Report writing and data analysis using SQL; experience with SSRS or Power BI is desirable.

• Analyze business requirements, recommend ERP solutions, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with the vendor and internal IT teams.
• Participate in project planning and vendor coordination.
• Functional lead for ERP upgrades, updates, and workflow redesigns; create test cases and assist with unit, integration, and UAT testing.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
