ZS ZAIDYN Technical Consultant

We are seeking a hands-on ZS ZAIDYN Technical Consultant to support and optimize commercial technology platforms within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, support, and enhance the ZS ZAIDYN platform and related commercial technology ecosystem.
• Manage and support commercial data flows, integrations, data quality initiatives, and Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
• Troubleshoot system, integration, and data issues across commercial platforms and third-party data sources.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, configurations, and enhancement requests.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Support onboarding and integration of commercial data sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, support processes, and system configurations.
• Drive day-to-day operational support while identifying opportunities for process and platform improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience administering, supporting, or configuring ZS ZAIDYN within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences organization.
• Strong understanding of commercial technology platforms, commercial data architecture, integrations, data flows, and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Experience supporting commercial operations technology environments and related data ecosystems.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into executable technical solutions.
• Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Veeva Commercial CRM, Promo Mats, and/or Veeva Med Comms.
• Familiarity with commercial healthcare and life sciences data sources and platforms, including Specialty Pharmacy data, MMIT, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience supporting commercial analytics, field force effectiveness, customer engagement, or omnichannel technology initiatives.
• Prior experience in a contractor or consulting capacity supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities.
