Audio Visual Technician

We are seeking a hands-on Audio Visual & IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is responsible for maintaining conference room technology, supporting audio/video systems, assisting end users with hardware and software issues, and ensuring meeting spaces are fully operational.

• Support conference room and collaboration technologies including Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain displays, projectors, microphones, cameras, and related AV equipment.
• Perform pre-meeting testing and provide technical support during important meetings and events.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, docking stations, and other end-user devices.
• Document incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Assist with equipment deployments, relocations, and technology upgrades.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

• Experience supporting AV technologies and end-user computing environments.
• Working knowledge of conferencing platforms and meeting room equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ticketing systems;
  Service Now experience is a plus.
• Healthcare, enterprise, or corporate technology support experience preferred.
