Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize policy documents and renewal summaries to support Account Executives Compile and analyze insurance reports for account reviews and compliance Maintain and update client records in the agency management system
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in administrative or account management roles, preferably in personal insurance or financial services Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports from agency management systems Familiarity with systems such as AMS
360 or similar is preferred An appropriate state insurance license is a plus, with willingness to obtain if required
