Aftersales Engineer

We are looking for a hands‑on and customer‑focused After‑Sales Engineer to support post‑sales service operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting service partners, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

• Provide technical support for products after delivery, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Assist in managing regional after‑sales service operations and support field service activities
• Work closely with customers and service partners to resolve product and service‑related issues in a timely manner
• Conduct on‑site inspections, maintenance support, and technical training when required
• Track, analyze, and report common technical issues, and provide feedback for product improvement
• Support customer complaint handling and ensure proper follow‑up and resolution
• Assist in major issue escalation and participate in root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, quality, operations) to improve service processes and product performance

• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• 1–3+ years of experience in after‑sales support, technical service, spare parts, or battery‑related industries preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
• Ability to travel as required
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player

• Experience with EV batteries, automotive systems, or related technical products
• Prior field service or on‑site support experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
