Associate Attorney

Job Description

We have partnered with a 30+ year established firm that is actively interviewing for a Litigation Attorney to join their team with employment litigation and/or civil litigation experience.

About the opportunity-

• Firm Established 30+ years
• Firm handles Employment, Real Estate, ERISA, Non-Profit and Transactional Law
• Two offices- one in CA, one in NV
• Hybrid work schedule
• 1820 billable hours
• Health covered 100% for EE, 100% Dental covered for EE and Family
• 401K with a match

• Profit Sharing

• Salary range at $175K with a 6 month review

Requirements-

• 5+ Years Employment Litigation experience
• Active Bar License
  - State of California and in good standing
• Federal and State Court experience
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
• Significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with multiple clients
