Associate Attorney - Pasadena, CA

A highly regarded Pasadena-based law firm is seeking Associate Attorneys with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join its team. The firm specializes in construction and business litigation, handling sophisticated matters for a diverse client base. Attorneys at the firm work on challenging cases in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of construction and business litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues on strategy and case management
• Manage caseload efficiently while meeting firm expectations

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation; construction law or related fields preferred
• Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize work, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
