Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Executive - Supply Chain & Inventory Management to oversee and optimize our end-to-end inventory operations. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, ERP systems, and industry best practices to improve inventory turnover, minimize stockouts, and reduce holding costs. In this senior role, you will lead complex supply chain projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Inventory Planning & Optimization

  • Develop and implement advanced inventory optimization strategies to balance service levels with capital investment.
  • Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning, utilizing historical data, market trends, and predictive analytics.
  • Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory audits, ensuring 99%+ inventory accuracy across all locations and resolving complex discrepancies.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to drive cost savings and improve delivery performance.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, establishing robust contingency plans for critical materials to prevent production halts.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Inventory Management within the company’s ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline warehouse operations and inventory workflows.
  • Advanced Excel Knowledge
  • Ability to work on large data file.
  • Able to handle the work independently.
  • Good Decision Maker and Problem solving skills
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports on supply chain KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover ratio, obsolescence, Service performance, Demand vs Actual).
Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.

Experience:

4 to 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, Preproduction planning.

Certifications:

APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or similar industry certifications are strongly desired.

Technical

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in enterprise ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas).

Soft Skills:

Exceptional analytical mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Knowledge of Printing and Packaging will be added advantage.
