Key Responsibilities- Provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of individuals for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results
- You will be a coach, a mentor and a commercially savvy individual who will create a successful business by growing sales, margins and profits
- You will be accountable for the team and business performance, be able to identify, develop and retain profitable business growth and opportunities, as well as being responsible for effective client relationship management within the team
- Responsible for meeting your own sales targets and leading by example
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
- Leadership experience with Corporate Traveler USA
- Proven track record of developing a client base, achieving results and developing people
- Strong client focus, ensuring that clients are the number one priority, and the client experience is exceptional
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to set clear expectations and maintain high standards with full accountability for the business
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and financial analysis ability
- A high level of drive and motivation with a desire to succeed, showing initiative, integrity, honesty and care
- Ability to think outside of the box with a solutions-based mentality
