As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strong Office Manager to help lead the team, elevate performance, and keep operations running at a high level.

This is a true leadership role. You will be the agent’s right hand, trusted to manage people, processes, and priorities while helping drive both sales and service excellence.

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience (insurance preferred
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team toward measurable goals
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using CRMs, office systems, and task-management tools
• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
