What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Manage schedules, workflows, and task delegation across the team
  • Coach and support team members to hit individual and agency goals
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and service metrics
  • Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Build a positive, accountable, high-performance team culture
  • Partner closely with the agent to drive strategy and agency success
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience (insurance preferred
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team toward measurable goals
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using CRMs, office systems, and task-management tools
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
