Operations Lead Role

Foundational Training (First 90 Days)

All candidates begin in the Team Member role for their first 90 days to build a strong understanding of our culture, guest experience, and daily operations.

Evaluation & Advancement

After 90 days, your performance and leadership potential will be assessed to determine readiness for the Operations Lead Training Program
.

This program equips you with in-depth knowledge of Front of House and Back of House operations
, preparing you to lead effectively. The transition to an Operations Lead is based on competency and typically takes 6 to 12 months to complete.

This is a rigorous training process designed to develop high-caliber leaders who can lead both themselves and a team of 100+ . If you are seeking a quick promotion to a management role within 3 months

Operations Lead (Shift Manager)

Job Responsibilities
  • Open and Close the restaurant to standard.
  • Lead the team to achieve daily goals and ensure quality customer experience.
  • Train new and existing Team Members according to Chick-fil-A Pathway procedures.
  • Provide meaningful feedback and coaching to all Team Members and Leaders
  • Uphold our Operator's Vision and Values daily

  • Conduct Team Member Evaluations
  • Conduct Training Alignments
  • Maintains an encouraging and engaging attitude
  • Maintains clear and open communication with Team Members and business leaders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Three months of service or more at Chick-fil-A Pasadena
  • Demonstrated proven leadership capacity and competency
