Compensation: $85,000-$88,000 + Bonus Opportunity

Schedule/Availability: Clinic Operating Hours as posted on the website (subject to change) including mall holiday extended hours and weekend availability.

Commute: Ability to reliably commute to clinic location and periodically travel to other clinics.

• This work is performed in a retail environment and requires the ability to walk short distances and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry inventory and move clinic equipment; regularly required to reach, crouch, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Frequently talking and listening to clients in person and on phone.
• Requires ability to operate standard office equipment such as phones, keyboards, computers, and touch screen devices.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Skin Laundry is growing and has multiple new clinics opening across the US. We are looking for laser‑focused Clinic Managers to lead our sales strategies and day‑to‑day management of a Skin Laundry clinic. As Clinic Manager, you will inspire and lead by example, working directly with your team to coach, mentor and ensure successful sales, client retention strategies, customer service initiatives, and clinic operations.

• Establish and lead execution of the brand’s business strategies to drive KPI results and achieve sales plans.
• Develop strong relationships with partners and clients for new business opportunities.
• Customize local clinic marketing and outreach plans and collaborate with Marketing to build brand awareness.
• Sell memberships and products directly to clients.

• Orient and develop new employees as part of the Skin Laundry training program.
• Partner with VP of Talent Management to develop and execute training.
• Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations concurrently with training new hires.

• Hire, develop and motivate a magnetic team.
• Coach and provide feedback to all team members.
• Lead team to deliver excellent customer experience and meet service and retail sales targets.
• Organize regular team communication to discuss business updates, issues, and opportunities.
• Evaluate and manage employee performance and develop career development plans.

• Ensure all store operations are consistent and flawless; uphold policies and standards.
• Develop monthly, weekly, and daily action plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Cover clinic operations both on the floor and in the front.
• Manage physical inventory and forecasting for services and retail.
• Address client issues and queries professionally and timely.
• Recommend improvements to existing business procedures.
• Create and manage team schedules to meet client needs and financial targets.

• 3-5 years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for accessible and inclusive beauty.
• Proficiency with Retail Math, MS Office Suite, Outlook.
• Business strategist with strong customer service and outreach skills.
