Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Regional Director, the incumbent will oversee the administrative and clinical support functions for the assigned Community Clinic. Responsibilities including overseeing patient experience, access, financial and budgetary oversight, staff human resources oversight, clinician on/off-boarding, care coordination and communication, space management, supply-chain management, environment of care, clinical outcomes, medication management, quality and safety reporting, revenue cycle management, policy development and deployment for assigned practice.
Responsibilities also include following and adhering to personnel policy and procedure, recruiting qualified personnel, partnering with Lead physician, clinic leads/supervisors, Medical Director, and Director of Operations to assure an overall effective operation. Core competencies for this role includes strategic and critical thinking, operational execution and problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, data-driven and ethical decision-making.
