What You're Taking OnThe AGM role at GTI sits between floor leadership and the General Manager. You're not shadowing — you're running shifts, coaching team members, executing compliance, and handling the operational layer that keeps a high-volume dispensary humming. Key responsibilities:

- Oversee dispensary operations: security, inventory, state and local compliance, seed-to-sale accuracy
