About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing experienced professionals and overseeing the implementation of short-term strategies and policies. The role involves planning, organizing, and controlling resources for technical projects, ensuring quality standards, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ experienced to senior expert-level employees.

• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and project estimates.
• Conduct risk analysis and monitor progress against milestones and budgets.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review deliverables.
• Liaise with users to analyze and document requirements.
• Manage vendor tasks and review deliverables where applicable.

• Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 9+ years of relevant work experience are minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Experience in cross-functional team coordination.
