CNC Machinist

Salary: $25 - $35 per hour

The position requires a CNC Lathe Machinist who will run full setups on our CNC lathes. We are proud of the clean operation and look for individuals who can contribute to our growth.

• Full setup and operations of CNC lathe machines for production
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
• Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues
• Support setup, first article inspections, and process improvements
• Work closely with machinists, engineers, and production teams to maintain quality and efficiency

• Experience with setting up & running CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment (ideally aerospace)
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and tolerances
• Ability to read blueprints and inspection measurements
• Experience with multi-axis or live-tool lathes is a plus
