Overview
The Integrated Marketing Manager oversees and coordinates marketing campaigns for the Micromobility (Electric Scooter) division. This position serves as the central link connecting all marketing functions, ensuring that strategy, implementation, and measurement align with overall business goals and KPIs. As the main owner of campaign planning and execution, the IMC facilitates collaboration with GTM, Creative, Digital, D2C, PR, Channel Marketing, and Social teams.
They convert business strategies and go-to-market plans into clear, actionable marketing initiatives, supervise campaign tasks from start to finish, and keep teams aligned, responsible, and goal-oriented.
This role functions as a strategic project leader and communication hub, working closely with the Head of Marketing, regional GTM and Sales teams, and China-based stakeholders. The goal is to align priorities, manage project execution, and update both leadership and team members on progress.
