Work Hours and Patient Load
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Ongoing assignment with a minimum of 18 patients per day.
Patient Population- Mix of pediatric and adult patients
- Chronic pain management
- Panel management experience required
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar setting
