Part Time (Weekends - Saturday and Sunday)

Shift: AM (7am-3pm) PM (3pm-11pm)

Pay Scale: $34-$39 DOE

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) duties as assigned.
• Provide general nursing care to patients.
• Provide direct nursing care for identified patients.
• Provide skilled nursing care as outlined in the nursing care plan.
• Providing basic patient care or treatments.
• Providing basic patient care or treatments.
• Conduct patient care conferences on patient assigned to / care.
• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• For providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Plan and implement nursing care.
• Implement direct patient care and perform assigned prescribed treatments and medications.
• Provide nursing care to patients requiring inpatient rehabilitation.
• Provide direct nursing care to participants.
• Provide residents with quality nursing care.
• Administer basic health care or medical treatments.
• Perform some or all of duties or other job-related duties.
• Coordinate patient care delivered by the multidisciplinary care team.
• Develop patient care plans with input from the patient/family.
• Anticipate patient care needs and accommodate physicians.
• Provide direct patient care in order to make patient.
• Evaluate nursing care delivered to residents.

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License in the state in which the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) practices.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) experience preferred.
