Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Overview

Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston is seeking an outstanding Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast Hospital in Pasadena, TX.

• Provide clinical care in a 14‑bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 8‑10 babies.
• Assist in over 2,500 deliveries and 300 NICU admissions annually.
• Work within a 24/7 team with on‑call neonatologist support.
• Support flexible 24‑ or 48‑hour shifts to promote work‑life balance.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care.
• Engage in leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with a strong APRN‑led leadership team.
• Eligible for tuition reimbursement assistance, sign‑on bonus, and relocation support.

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master’s degree.
