We are seeking an LVN / LPN For Private Duty / Shift Care Nursing part time with possibility of full time. The position will be Monday-Friday 8am- 1pm (possible full time 8am- 4pm).
Job site:
Pasadena, CA
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
- Administer medications and enteral feedings via G-Tube
- 1+ years experience with pediatric patients.
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
- Ability to build rapport with patient.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Skilled with G-Tube care and maintenance.
