• Assist patients in understanding medical recommendations given by their health care providers.
• Perform patient care functions, including assessment and treatment of podiatry and wound care issues.
• Answer and screen medical calls, triage patient concerns, and direct appropriate care.
• Document and post patient information into medical records.
• Collaborate with primary care, psychiatry, diagnostics, wound care, and chronic care management teams.

• Board‑certified or candidate Nurse Practitioner with experience in Podiatry, Wound Care, or Orthopedics.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary health care environment.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in electronic medical record documentation.
