Per Diem On-Call Weekends Hospice RN – Field Based
San Gabriel Valley areas
$50/hour + Mileage Reimbursement

- Provide skilled nursing care including pain and symptom management
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate and support patients and families during critical moments

- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) - BSN/MSN (preferred)
- Experienced in hospice, home health, or case management (preferred)
- Compassionate, independent, and confident in the field
- Comfortable with EMR/documentation
