Job Requirements:

• Experience:
  
  1 years of outpatient clinic exp required
• Certs: BLS, CA License, CA IV cert
• Education:
  
  HS/GED
• ** FLU VACCINE (no exemptions)**
• Special Requirements:
  Pediatrics experience (well child checks/peds vaccination schedule)

Job Details:

• Shift: 8-430, 830-5pm
• Weekend REQ:
  Yes, will be on Saturday rotation (4 hours) 8a-12p. They will be provided a half during the week
• Floating REQ:
  Yes, floating within clinic
• On-Call REQ:
  No
• Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
• NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMODATED.
