Responsibilities
- Support quality programs in the warehouse
- Coordinate delivery of training courses
- Lead analysis of product/service issues
- Maintain compliance to quality standards
- Drive Continuous Improvement Programs
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience in training and/or warehousing
- Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal)
