Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and competitive listings in the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Stay current with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and continuing education to maintain professional credentials
Qualifications
  • Valid real estate license in the state of California
  • Minimum of 2‑3 years experience as a licensed real estate agent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality
