As one of the fastest growing natural foods retailers, Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Courtesy Clerk to serve as a customer service ambassador. The role involves delivering an inviting experience where shoppers and team members alike are inspired to make healthier choices.

As a Courtesy Clerk, you will provide exceptional customer service while bagging groceries, helping shoppers locate products, gathering carts, sweeping, and picking up spills. You will be the face of Sprouts to our customers, demonstrating a friendly, outgoing attitude and a commitment to teamwork. This entry‑level position offers growth opportunities across various departments.

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly with a positive attitude
• Ability to interact with customers and work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does
• Follow all front‑end procedures and collaborate with other team members throughout the store

$18.50 – $20.25 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
