- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisor or management experience in a retail environment (thrift experience preferred).
- Basic understanding of office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license, successfully pass a motor vehicle records check.
- Must pass background check, including criminal history and sex offender registry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers, and donors.
- 2+ years experience operating POS/cash register, employee scheduling, and supervision.
- 2+ years experience in retail/sales.
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist continuously or intermittently.
- Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, cartridge carts, merchandise carts, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts.
- Ability to move product up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks.
Stores operate 7 days per week. Work schedules are determined by Management; employees must be flexible to ensure adequate store coverage. Full‑time associates may be scheduled for any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
