About the Position

As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will engage customers in a stylish manner, showcase the latest features of premium HP PCs, and leverage AI technology to enhance the customer experience. You will build relationships with store associates, communicate the value proposition of premium products, and drive revenue growth.

Day-in-the-Life
  • Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories in a big box retail store
  • Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience
  • Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s)
  • Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with focus on PC innovation
  • Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
  • Report and provide competitive insights
Responsibilities
  • Sell HP PC products and accessories to customers in a retail store
  • Start all customer interactions with a courteous welcome and offer assistance
  • Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest suitable products
  • Advise customers with product and service information to build confidence
  • Accurately document and report sales
  • Maintain workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable
  • Submit all paperwork accurately and on time
  • Maintain customer confidentiality
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • One year of work experience (required)
  • Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products hands‑on
  • Experience in sales, retail, telecom or marketing (six months or more)
  • Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
