As a Specialist, you’ll become highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs and following through with meaningful solutions. You are the first person customers meet when they enter the store and the guide who advises, sells, and sets up new products. You also perform other roles within the store, such as maintaining visual merchandising and assisting team members. You stay curious, follow product news and initiatives, and apply your learning in customer interactions.
You’ll receive training to help you succeed. Your success is measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall store performance. You’re proud to represent Apple and take great satisfaction in helping customers develop lifelong relationships with Apple.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs, receive discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
