Inventory Coordinator

Location: Pasadena, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $19–$20/hour

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory and product operations within a corporate office setting. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong eye for accuracy, the ability to work independently, and experience in inventory or retail environments, particularly with merchandise tagging and product verification.

• Receive incoming stock and reconcile products against invoices for accuracy
• Verify item details by cross‑checking product tags against system records
• Ensure all merchandise is correctly labeled and processed according to company standards
• Prepare products for return to manufacturers when needed
• Assist with distribution and shipment preparation to retail locations
• Maintain organized records and update tracking systems, including Excel
• Meet daily processing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in inventory, retail operations, or merchandise processing required
• Hands‑on experience with tagging, labeling, or product verification strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, basic functions)
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a quiet, focused environment

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
