Position: Part-Time

Overview

Lens Crafters provides customer‑focused eye care and eyewear. The Sales Associate ensures each patient and customer receives the best experience and helps position the store as a premier destination for vision needs.

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Actively participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Maintain store appearance and keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers and basic phone and math skills
• Ability to embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in using sales skills and accountable for sales results; desire to meet goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to multi‑task; able to respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment

Pay Range: $17.60–$24.62 per hour.
